4. What after-sales service can you provide?
(1) Warranty period: 12 months are calculated from the date of arrival of the buyer's manufacturing or marketing location.
(2) Test before shipment: Before shipment, the seller should make videos or pictures to ensure the machine is in good condition.
(3) Pre-use training: Provide training for overseas customers, mainly through videos and pictures. If required, the seller should send an engineer to the buyer's location for in-person training. The buyer shall provide visa application assistance and shall bear round-trip air tickets, accommodation and allowances. The cost of dispatching engineers. The buyer can also send engineers to the seller's location for free for training.
(4) Services in use:If the buyer encounters any problems in daily use, the seller will provide timely and lifelong online services. If warranty parts (excluding quick wear parts) are damaged during the normal warranty period, the seller shall provide new ones for free and bear all costs.
